Information Security Disclaimer from Supplier
Gabriel India Limited (‘Gabriel India’) relies on its suppliers to carry out its business operations.
Gabriel India expects that its assets that are accessible to suppliers are maintained with agreed level of information security, service delivery and product delivery in line with supplier agreements executed with Gabriel India.
It is every supplier’s responsibility to use Gabriel India’s resources and facilities responsibly, ethically, lawfully and professionally. Also, it is Supplier’s responsibility to protect and safeguard Gabriel India’s assets and information assets as per contractual requirements.
Information is inclusive of whatever is mentioned in the agreement and information asset is anything associated with the information inclusive of set of applications, services, information technology assets or other information handling components.
Failure to do so may lead to action as mentioned in respective contractual requirement or addendum thereto.
Below is the Supplier’s Code of Conduct
We/ I shall maintain adequate level of arrangement for preservation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and information assets of Gabriel India.
We / I shall ensure that there is existence of adequate level of information processing facilities in form of information processing system, service or infrastructure, or the physical location housing for maintaining Gabriel India’s Information and Information Assets.
In case of any disaster, We / I shall maintain adequate levels of business continuity and information security continuity.
We / I shall report to Gabriel India any information security incident which is occurring in our / my place or facility. An incident is single or a series of unwanted or unexpected information security events that have a significant probability of compromising business operations and threatening information security
We / I shall co-operate in information security audits carried out by Gabriel India.
We / I shall produce information security reports as expected by Gabriel India.
